(1) Check for room availability
For university staff, please contact the General Affairs Section, Accounting Division, Faculty of Medicine/Hospital Administration Department directly at 088-880-2238 (extension 22251).
For all other inquiries, please contact a representative (limited to university staff).
(2) Application
For university staff members wishing to borrow equipment, application forms are available at the General Affairs Section of the Accounting Department; please contact them.
Please fill out the application form with the required information and submit it to the General Affairs Section of the Accounting Department.
For those who are not university staff, please apply through the contact person listed above.
(3) Payment of fees
Please pay the usage fee by the day of your stay.
Please note that, as a general rule, usage fees already paid are non-refundable. There is no cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation.
(4) Receiving the key
The key management is handled by the caretaker, so please come directly to the facility.
