Use of Sports Facilities
The university's athletic facilities may be used by the general public for various sports activities on a fee-paying basis, provided that such use does not interfere with regular physical education classes or extracurricular activities and is not for profit.
Those wishing to rent athletic facilities should inquire in advance at the reservation office listed below. If the facility is available, please submit the "Athletic Facility Rental Application" to the application office at least seven days prior to your desired date and prepay the rental fee. However, please be advised that we may not be able to accommodate your request due to scheduling conflicts with regular physical education classes or extracurricular activities. ※If the university requires a facility for which it has granted a loan permit, it may revoke or modify that permit.
※If electricity, water, or other utilities are used during facility use, the user shall bear the associated costs.
※Upon receiving a loan permit, the following conditions must be observed:
Loan Approval Conditions
- Strictly observe all traffic control signs on campus. Park automobiles, motorcycles, bicycles, and other vehicles neatly in designated areas.
- Avoid making noise during the loan period, and be especially careful about noise from motorcycles and similar vehicles when entering the premises.
- Use the restroom designated by the staff of the responsible department and do not enter other areas.
- Refrain from damaging trees, entering flower beds or lawns, or engaging in any other activities that detract from the beautification of the grounds.
- If the borrower damages trees, facilities, or other property, they shall restore them to their original condition or compensate for the damage.
- Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. Please be sure to clean up and dispose of any empty boxes, paper scraps, or other debris resulting from the rental after use.
- When multiple people participate, the person in charge must keep track of everyone and take care to prevent unforeseen damage caused by unauthorized entry.
- The university shall not be held liable for any accidents occurring on campus to individuals who have entered the premises for the purpose of participation.
- After the loan period ends, be sure to report to the security officer.
- Do not sublease or pledge as collateral any facility for which a loan has been approved.
- Ensure that all participants are fully informed of the above loan approval conditions.
