We welcome international exchange students from universities which have student exchange agreements with Kochi University.
To become an exchange student at Kochi University, you must first be officially nominated by your home university. Please contact the international office at your home university for more information.
List of Application Documents
- Application form for Special Auditing Students or Special Research Students with photo (Please send the form by Email)
- Recommendation Letter from the President (to our President) (Japanese or English)
- Official Academic Transcript (Japanese or English)
- Certificate of Enrollment (Japanese or English)
- Copy of Passport
- page with photo and personal details
- Additionally, if the applicant has been to Japan, please include the pages of the passport showing arrival and departure dates
- Copy of Japanese Language Proficiency Certification (Japanese Language Learner only)
- A face-to-shoulder (without background) colored photo (in size 3×4cm) *Photo data would be acceptable.
- Application for Certificate of Eligibility (Japanese or English) with photo (Please send the form by Email)
