About Job Postings and University Visits
Kochi University accepts requests for on-campus interviews and job postings from companies as follows.
Visit to the Career Services Office (Asakura Campus)
For job postings and recruitment information targeting multiple faculties, please contact the Career Services Office (Asakura Campus). We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation regarding the duration of visits, which will be approximately 30 minutes for both in-person and online interviews.
How to Make a Reservation
You can schedule an appointment with a Career Services staff member through the system.
Interview Format
● In-person consultation: Please visit the Career Services Office on the first floor of Building 1 of the General Education Complex at the Asakura Campus at your scheduled appointment time (Page 2, No. 6 )
●Online Consultation: Please set up the meeting. After booking through the system,
Visit to the Student Support Section, Academic Affairs Office, General Affairs Division, Monobe Campus
If your program is primarily intended for students at the Monobe Campus (such as those in the Faculty of Agriculture, Forestry, and Marine Sciences or the Graduate School of Agriculture, Forestry, and Marine Sciences), please contact the Student Support Section of the Monobe General Affairs Office.
Visits to Faculty Members in Charge of Career Services in Faculties and Departments
If you wish to meet with a faculty member, please contact them directly in advance to schedule an appointment.
*Please note that the Career Services Office does not have access to faculty schedules.
