Procedures for Using Facilities and Equipment
The University’s facilities and equipment are primarily used for educational and research activities by students and faculty members; their use for extracurricular activities is generally limited to holidays and after school hours.
Students wishing to use the University’s facilities (locations) and equipment must complete the necessary procedures at the administrative office responsible for each campus and obtain permission.
* If members of the general public wish to use these facilities
※ Permission will not be granted for activities conducted for profit (excluding those for employee welfare) or for illegal or improper conduct.
※ If the university requires the use of a facility for which permission has been granted, we may revoke or modify the usage permission.
※ If you receive permission to use a facility, please comply with the following conditions.
Loan Approval Conditions
- You must strictly adhere to the authorized location, period, and hours of use.
- Do not disturb the peace and quiet of the permitted area and its surroundings.
- Do not contaminate or damage the facilities or equipment.
- Regarding other matters necessary for the management of facilities and equipment, you must follow the President’s instructions.
