◆Recipients of the 2020 Kochi University Research Recognition Program (Outstanding Research Award for Early-Career Faculty and Graduate Student Research Encouragement Award) Have Been Selected

On January 7, 2021, the recipients of the Kochi University Research Recognition Program for Fiscal Year 2020 (Outstanding Research Award for Young Faculty Members and Research Encouragement Award for Graduate Students) were selected.
The purpose of this research recognition program is to encourage research among distinguished scholars, early-career faculty members, and graduate students by having the President commend individuals who have conducted outstanding research, thereby aiming to invigorate and further advance research at this university.
In fiscal year 2020, four young faculty members received the Outstanding Young Faculty Research Award and four graduate students received the Graduate Student Research Encouragement Award, recognizing them as researchers with great potential for future achievements (*Note: No nominations were received for the Research Achievement Award this year).
An award ceremony presided over by the university president is scheduled to be held for the recipients in the near future.
