◆The 2025 Kochi University Entrance Ceremony Was Held

 On Thursday, April 3, 2025, Kochi University held its 2025 entrance ceremony, admitting a total of 1,367 students, including 1,153 undergraduate students and 214 graduate students.

 Following President Hiroyuki Uchida’s address, Kaho Kitamura (School of Medicine) and Tsugumi Sakurai (Department of Sports, Arts, and Cultural Collaboration) took the oath on behalf of the incoming students.

 After the ceremony, many freshmen could be seen taking commemorative photos on campus. They also immediately began touring the campus facilities, clearly looking forward to the university life that was about to begin.

 We extend a warm welcome to all new students who have recently joined Kochi University, and we wish you every success in your future endeavors.
