◆Regarding the installation of a free sanitary product dispenser

The Office for the Promotion of Gender Equality has launched an initiative to install dispensers providing free menstrual products in the women’s restrooms and multipurpose restrooms on the first floor of the Student Union Building at the Asakura Campus, with the aim of improving well-being related to menstruation.
This initiative builds on an effort by students in the Faculty of Community Collaboration, who installed menstrual product dispensers in campus restrooms as part of their coursework; our office has taken over the project in response to requests.
Based on usage patterns and the feedback we have received from you, we plan to consider future developments.
