◆ Regarding Registration as a "Kochi Company Promoting Paternity Leave"
Release Date:
Our university has recently been registered as a "Kochi Male Parental Leave Promotion Company" under an initiative by Kochi Prefecture.
This initiative aims to address the issue of population decline—a top priority for Kochi Prefecture—by promoting "dual-income, shared parenting" and increasing the rate at which men take paternity leave at companies within the prefecture.
