◆We held a presentation session on the results of our on-campus DX training
Release Date:
On Thursday, November 27, 2025, we held the “In-House Digital Transformation (DX) Training Results Presentation.”
This presentation was conducted as part of the “In-House Digital Transformation (DX) Training” program, which is primarily aimed at administrative staff and designed to foster talent that contributes to the university-wide digital transformation. On the day of the event, as the culmination of the training program—which consisted of four sessions held between October 16 and November 13—28 participants divided into six teams and presented proposals from diverse perspectives on how to transform their work using the university’s digital environment. President Ueda presented certificates of commendation to the Best and Outstanding teams, and the venue was filled with excitement.
Additionally, the event featured presentations on practical university DX initiatives by Muroran Institute of Technology staff, as well as a panel discussion with local business executives. By integrating insights from both inside and outside the university, the event served as a valuable opportunity to experience firsthand the potential for advancing university DX.
On the day of the event, in addition to the course participants, 34 faculty members, staff, and students interested in DX attended. This has sparked a growing sense of anticipation—extending beyond administrative staff to the entire university—that the effective use of the university’s digital environment will lead not only to improved work efficiency but also to value creation.
Moving forward, we aim to accelerate these efforts across the entire university by conducting on-site interviews and consultation sessions to implement the participants’ proposals.
