Kochi University (President: Hiroyuki Ueda) and Kochi Sansan Television Co., Ltd. (President: Yosuke Torii) signed a cooperation agreement on Friday, January 16, aimed at solving regional community issues, fostering talent, disseminating information, and enhancing educational and research activities.
Cooperation Items
(1) Joint research and information dissemination on regional issues
(2) Collaboration on education and human resource development (internships, lectures, etc.)
(3) Cooperation in regional events and public relations activities
(4) Provision of information during disasters and promotion of disaster prevention education
(5) Other matters agreed upon by both parties
Through this agreement, we plan to leverage each other's strengths to promote the appeal of universities through media and to engage in reporting that utilizes the expertise of Kochi University specialists in disseminating information about disasters such as the Nankai Trough earthquake.
