Vice-President Juan Carlos Loyola Licea, Professor Zully Matamoros-Veloza, and others from the Technological Institute of Saltillo (Mexico), one of our partnership universities, paid a courtesy call on Kochi University President Sakurai, and also took part in a ceremony to renew the partnership agreement. Kochi University is particularly active in research exchange with the Technological Institute of Saltillo, and so the participants exchanged ideas on further strengthening our collaboration.
