The Kuroshio Science Program held the 17th International Kuroshio Science Symposium at Kochi University’s Asakura Campus on November 4 and 5, 2024.

　The symposium provided an opportunity to present research and educational outcomes and exchange information contributing to sustainable development in the Kuroshio region, East Asia, and Southeast Asia. The contact person for the event was Prof. Gyo Itani of the Kuroshio Science Program.

　黒潮圏総合科学専攻では、2024年11月4日・5日に高知大学朝倉キャンパスで第17回黒潮圏科学国際シンポジウムを開催しました。

　本シンポジウムでは、黒潮流域圏、東アジアおよび東南アジアの持続的発展に寄与する研究・教育等の成果発表や情報交換が行われました。問い合わせ先として、黒潮圏総合科学専攻の伊谷行教授が掲載されています。
