The 6th Shimanto Seaweed Eco-Innovation Co-Creation Forum was held on March 17, 2026, in a hybrid format at SAKURA DEEPTECH SHIBUYA and online.

　The forum was organized as part of the Shimanto Seaweed Eco-Innovation Co-Creation Center, which builds a consortium involving companies and researchers and regularly disseminates research outcomes. This forum focused on the latest research reports by researchers developing world-leading seaweed aquaculture technologies.

　2026年3月17日（火）、第6回しまんと海藻エコイノベーション共創フォーラムが、SAKURA DEEPTECH SHIBUYAでの現地開催およびオンラインのハイブリッド形式で開催されました。

　「しまんと海藻エコイノベーション共創拠点」では、多くの企業や研究者が参画する場としてコンソーシアムを組成し、その研究・成果を発信する場としてフォーラムを定期開催しています。今回のフォーラムでは、「世界最先端の海藻養殖技術でイノベーションを起こす研究者による最新研究報告」について発表が行われました。

　なお、同拠点は総合科学系黒潮圏科学部門の平岡雅規教授がプロジェクトリーダーを務める取り組みであり、難波卓司准教授も海藻研究に関わる黒潮圏関係教員として紹介されています。
