Research by Mr. Sam Edward Manalili, a third-year student in the Kuroshio Science Program, Dr. Shashank Keshavmurthy, who completed the Graduate School of Kuroshio Science in 2008, and collaborators was published in Marine Biology on April 21, 2025.

　The study evaluated short-term recovery responses in the reef-building coral Acropora hyacinthus after moderate thermal stress by combining physiological indices of Symbiodiniaceae with host coral transcriptome analysis.

　黒潮圏総合科学専攻3年生のSam Edward Manaliliさん、2008年に黒潮圏海洋科学研究科を修了したShashank Keshavmurthy博士らの研究成果が、2025年4月21日付でMarine Biology誌に掲載されました。

　本研究では、造礁性サンゴAcropora hyacinthusを対象に、中程度の熱ストレス後の短期的な回復過程を、共生藻類の生理指標と宿主サンゴのトランスクリプトーム解析により評価しました。
