Assoc. Prof. Motoki Higa of the Faculty of Science and Technology received the 2025 Japanese Society of Vegetation Science Award at the 30th Annual Meeting of the society held at Kagoshima University on October 11, 2025.

　The award is presented by the Japanese Society of Vegetation Science to researchers recognized for outstanding achievements and valuable academic contributions in vegetation science.

　自然科学系理工学部門の比嘉基紀准教授が、2025年10月11日に鹿児島大学で開催された植生学会第30回大会において、2025年度植生学会賞を受賞しました。

　植生学会賞は、植生学に関する優れた研究業績により、貴重な学術的貢献をなしたと認められる者に贈られる賞です。
